John for Model Number DLG3461V My LG dryer powers on fine, responds to changes on the control panel, but when I hit the start button, I hear a click and then nothing happens. The motor will not start, it does not buzz or anything, just complete silence. The control display counts down as if the dryer were running all the way to the end of the cycle. I replaced the PCB Main Assembly (main control circuit board) a $250+ part, but nothing different happens. I'm thinking it is a motor problem, but there is no indication the motor even tries to start. Any help would be appreciated.
Answer John, It would be recommended to check the motor to ensure that you have 120 Vac getting to the motor. If there is then it would be a motor issue. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, January 20, 2023
