Chris for Model Number DLG2525S The burner comes on for about 5 seconds,I then here a click and it goes out.After about 5 minutes or so it comes back on and goes out again.
Answer Chris, Check and make sure you have gas supplied to the dryer, You may want to "crack" the supply line where it attaches to the gas valve to make sure you have gas at the valve. Based on your information, the burner igniter and flane sensor are working ( the igniter cycles off and on). The problem would be in the gas valve solenoid(s) or the internal workings of the valve body. You can check the solenoids for a resistance readings or a "closed" circuit, but you'll most likely need a new 5221EL2002A / 5221EL2002A gas valve. Read More...
