Answer Hi Ralph. Check the fan connector and see if it is fully making contact. If it is frozen, then this will cause the issue. The new fan has another connector style made into it to prevent this . Part # 5209JA1044A. At the main board, check the fan motor voltage. At conn.4 on pins 1 and 2 if the voltage is below 9v change the power control board part # EBR34917104.
