Answer Hello James. It sounds like the thermistor 6323EL2001B is bad on the unit and will need to be replaced. You can test the thermistor and see if it is good. It should read around 10k at room temperature. It is located on the blower housing of the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
