Answer

Hello djedje, thank you for contacting APP, The unit running but the igniter not coming on could be due to the relay on the Main Control EBR76542912 not closing, the Hi-Limit Thermostat(new part marked CR-7) or Safety Thermostat(new part marked CS-7) in the Thermostat Kit AGM30045804 being open, the Flame Detector/Sensor 6501EL3001A being open, the centrifugal switch in the Drive Motor not closing, or an issue with the Main Harness EAD60870407. The thermostats and flame detector can all be checked for continuity with the unit unplugged or turned off at the breaker and the component in question disconnected from the harness via a multi-meter to verify if they are open or closed, all of these should be closed at room temperature.
