Frank for Model Number GoldStar microwave model no:MV1608WW Microwave was not heating, everything else works fine. Narrowed it down to a problem with the door. When I inspected the switches, they all seemed to click ok but the wire, or insulator that plugs into the top switch appears to be fried. Blackish spots are visible on the outside of the plastic casing that slides onto the switch and its as if the plug in component is fused to the switch, unable to separate.
