Answer Paul, Open the door that houses the ice maker. You will find some vents that send freezer air to the ice maker, check to make sure you feel airflow out of these vents and there are no obstructions. No airflow found could mean possibly the fan in the freezer is not working or ice is blocking the flow of air. As long as it makes slow we know we have water and power we just don't have adequate cold air to get that area down to the right temperature. Read More...
