Sam for Model Number LSC27925ST Ice maker will not drop the ice after it is frozen. I have taken a hair dryer to it and removed the cubes, dried the tray then let it fill again. Same thing. The ice maker thinks it dropped the cubes then dispenses more water on top of the frozen cubes. The temp is within the range. The fridge is level and coils seem to be clean. Is there a small heater of some kind that comes on to lossen them so they can drop out if the tray when it turns ipside down? Please help!
