Randy Fiorenza for Model Number LDF6920ST I am having trouble with dishwasher draining. I replaced the check valve, but still does not drain. If I put drain line down lower and place it in a bucket it will drain. The pump works, but just doesn't have the power push the water uphill.
Answer Randy, You're on track, but off target. If the machine won't drain, and the drain line is not kinked or clogged, you'll need the EAU61383518 / 4681EA2002H Recirculation Pump Motor. The impeller may have come loose from the motor shaft, or the vanes on the impeller have distorted or been damaged and is not pressurising or moving the drain water. Read More...
