James for Model Number LG LRE6383ST Hi, my dual surface element is not turning on. I checked the wires, coil and continuity and it passed. The burner display lights, but element doesn't heat. What would be the next step. I have no idea how to test the main PCB board or the green board behind it (Whatever that one is)? Thanks in advance.
Answer Hello James, the manufacturer has no testing information on this model but since you have already checked the burner then the main control board EBR77562705 is the one that sends power to the cooktop burners, likely there is a faulty relay for that burner on the board.
