Peter for Model Number WM2277HW I am all the way into the 16th minute of this video, and for some reason the inner basket does not want to come out completely. I banged on it with a hammer and a piece of wood like in the video but it is sticking in some place & I do not know what to do now. FYI, the outer bearing is broken, so couple of the balls are out, also the shaft is couple of inches down, it appears that I am almost there but it is not coming out. Do you have any tips that can help?
Answer Hello Peter, If the spin basket 3045ER1006E will not come out it will most likely need replacing. This is an indication that the spinner support assembly has excessive wear and would only wear out the new bearings if re-installed. Read More...
