Joe for Model Number wm2277hw Hello. When the drum turns during a wash cycle, it squeaks, as is rubber was sliding against metal. This also happens when I turn the drum manually. Could you tell me your best guess as to what needs to be replaced? Thank you in advance.
Answer Hello Joe. You need to check and see if something is stuck between the inner and outer tub assembly. If not, you may need to order and replace the outer tub assembly AJQ35154204 on the unit.
