Answer Hello John. If the unit is not making ice and not dispensing water, you may have a bad water valve 5221JA2006D. Check and make sure the filter 5231JA2006F is good. If so, the water valve could be the problem. If the dispenser does not work, and the unit still makes ice, you will want to check and make sure it is not locked. Hope this helps. Read More...
