Alfred for Model Number WM2688HWMA i can not get the 6 bolts that hold the spider to the drum out. they turn but do not come out. What do i do, i don't want to order the part if I can't get this one off.
Answer Alfred, You can try using a flat blade screwdriver or stiff blade putty knife, Slip the edge of the blade between the washer and the tub, and twist or lift up om bolt, and use the 10MM socket to remove/back out the mounting bolt, once the bolt gets past the "stripped out" area.
