Allan for Model Number WM2301HW I'm having the same problem with my 9 year old LG Front Loader WM2301HW. During the spin cycle it gets very loud and on a full load will typically start smoking and smells like burnt rubber/plastic. I've watched your video for replacing the spider arm assembly but it sure looks time consuming and if the spider bolts are tough to take out - it could make for a nasty job. I'd rather give it to a professional who knows how to do this. So my question is typically how much would this cost for a professional to do and how long it should take to do?
