Kelle June 18, 2020 for Model Number wm3170cw Had to replace the outer tub cover due to 1 lower weight holder broke off and allowed the weight to become unattached. We also changed the shocks since we had it apart, now when it spins the water in the soap tray to tub hose is vibrating so bad its making a load noise. the front does not vibrate of make anymore banging but back of the tub cover vibrates pretty good no banging or squeaking or burning smell

Allan October 04, 2018 for Model Number WM2301HW I'm having the same problem with my 9 year old LG Front Loader WM2301HW. During the spin cycle it gets very loud and on a full load will typically start smoking and smells like burnt rubber/plastic. I've watched your video for replacing the spider arm assembly but it sure looks time consuming and if the spider bolts are tough to take out - it could make for a nasty job. I'd rather give it to a professional who knows how to do this. So my question is typically how much would this cost for a professional to do and how long it should take to do?
