Dexter for Model Number LG WM2277HB My washer vibrates very loudly and moves during the final spin cycles. I have recently replaced the inner tub bearings and seal and the outer tub seal. I replaced the three shock absorbers. After repeated inspections I performed, there is no visible evidence that the new parts are improperly installed. In reading other postings, the bolt connecting the rotor assembly to the shaft is securely fastened. Screws connecting the counter weights to the front of the tub are securely fastened. Most importantly, the machine is leveled on a concrete platform. Therefore, are there other parts that may need to be replaced?
Answer Hello Dexter, You should open the door and lift up on the spin basket and feel for slack. Turn the spin basket 1/3 of a turn and do this again. Then you will need to turn the spin basket another 1/3 of a turn and repeat. If you feel more slack in any of the three positions this indicates an issue with the spinner support assembly 4434ER0002H, (also referred to as the spider). Read More...
