Rick for Model Number WM2301HR My LG front loader decided not to spin out the clothes completely. I was getting a bit of noise so I replaced the bearings inner and outer. After putting back together it spun a bit then quit spinning. I found the splines in the rotor were sheared down. I replaced the rotor and fired it up. I still get a slow spin and a noise that you would think indicates a rubbing somewhere. I can find no rubbing anywhere at all. At the start I checked the stator and got 0 to .9 reading on 200k scale. I think this is good? I'm beginning to wonder if I have a bad stator. The noise I get almost reminds me of a solenoid type slamming in and out noise. Any help? Thanks
Answer Rick, If there was wear on the rotor then it is likely that the stator also would need to be replaced as it has most likely been damaged. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, November 4, 2016
