Alex for Model Number WM2233HD I have an LG washer that is not spinning in any spin cycle. The basket twitches a bit as if it is trying to spin, but makes a terrible squealing grinding noise and does not spin. The basket will spin smoothly by hand and I have tested the drain pump in diagnostic mode to confirm it is functioning properly. I am not getting an error code of any type. Does this sound like a stator issue? How can I confirm the stator is faulty before ordering a replacement. Thanks so much! The dirty laundry is starting to take over!
