Tim, the suspension rods 4902EA1002E will need to be checked for wear by pressing down on the tub (while empty) as far as it will go and then quickly releasing. The tub should rise back up to the original position without jumping up and down. From there, the level will need to be verified as well. The unit will then need to be tested while empty by putting it into a spin only cycle and testing if the error occurs during an empty spin cycle. If it does, then the most likely issue is either with a loosened bolt or with the main control EBR67466116 if everything else checked good.
