Eric for Model Number 796.40272900 Have a Kenmore front load washer that is not spinning, or rather, spinning very intermittently. When I remove the back cover, I see the rotor spinning around and making noise, but the drum itself is not spinning. It did seem to spin at one point during the wash cycle but mostly not at all. What do you think is the problem?
