Jj J for Model Number WM2650HWA My LG washer, model WM2650HWA, will not automatically drain the inlet water from the tub. The machine stays in the "Washing" cycle and, while agitating, continues to fill up over half the tub. During this the "estimated time remaining" never changes. I can get the tub to drain by continually putting it in the first part of the "Spin Only" cycle. After some researched I've cleared out all possible inlet and outlet hoses and drain filter, checked I have correct specs on the drain hose and pipe including an air-gap, and unplugged and restarted the machine. I've also taken the top off and cleaned out the pressure hoses. No luck with any attempts thus far. With all that, is it the pressure switch that is faulty? Could there be another part that has gone bad? Appreciate the help
Answer JJ J, Based on the information provided, the issue does sound like it would be caused by a faulty pressure switch not allowing the unit to register that it is full. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, April 18, 2014
