Steve, based on the information provided, with the power cord unplugged from the outlet, the bake and broil wires will need to be tested for continuity to ground. If there is continuity to ground, then the wires will need to be disconnected from the elements and the elements tested to ground. If an element has continuity to ground, it will need to be replaced. If a wire tests continuity to ground, it will need to be inspected for a bare spot and repaired. If there is no continuity, then the main control EBR74632605 would need to be replaced.
