Maria L We have a year-old Samsung DW80F600 series dishwasher that is giving error #DD81-015494A_EN and says "overfill water error: functional error. Close water supply valve and go to the house circuit breaker panel...contact authorized service center." Any suggestions on what would be causing this on such a new unit? Is there an electronic part that is the culprit?
Answer Hello Maria. When overflow is detected, it is showing AD data is 3.5v or below for 3 seconds. You will need to check the flow meter, water supply valve, and main board on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...
