Calvin G. for Model Number RFG298AAWP I have the same situation as Ken L. with my refrigerator freezer with ice building up under the freezer drawer and frosting up. I have taken the two drain tubes off of the bottom back of refrigerator. The right fitting is open but the left hose fitting is plugged or froze-up. How do I remedy this?

Once this is complete then you will need to flush the drain with hot water. This should correct the issue. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, January 2, 2019
