Jen25105 for Model Number DV219AEW/XXA Without taking the dryer apart to find out if I have a 2 or 3 wire, on the sticker inside the door is marked 3 wire 60 Hz. Could this possible mean I have a 3 wire?

All Electric dryers in the USA are 3 or 4 wire 240 VAC, 60 Hz. dryers, this refers to the power supply to the dryer, not inside the dryer. If you remove the terminal block cover plate on the back of the dryer, with the power cord plugged into the outlet, and with a multi meter you should read 220-20 VAC across the two outside terminals. from each outside terminal to the center terminal you should read 120 VAC. Be careful when checking voltages, If you have those readings then power to the dryer is correct, and you'll need to move to the next component in the circuit you're testing. Read More...
