Jc for Model Number DV5471AEP/XAA I have a Samsung dryer (model DV5471AEP/XAA) that stopped heating. Everything is working fine except the fact that it only blows cold air. Have been with the dryer for approximately 7 years and it’s used several times a week. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Answer JC, If the unit is not heating then you will want to check the thermal fuse and high limit thermostat on the side of the heater. If these have continuity then test the heating element itself to make sure that it is good and make sure that it is getting 240 vac to it.
