Alina for Model Number RSG257AARS/XAA-0000 This ice maker has been changed by professionals several time. I did the last change two days ago. The ice maker base plate is missing. The one seen on your DIY repair video. The unit is making ice now. Do I really need to have the base plate? Does your company sell it? I’ve looked and can not find it on your website. Thanks
