Dan T for Model Number RFG297AARS/XAA We have issues with ice buildup and clumping in our ice maker on this fridge. Ice forms over time along the rear left side wall of the ice maker compartment, starting at the rear. The ice in the bin starts to clump over time as well. The ice compartment seems very cold and the ice forming in the compartment is very solid. When the ice is cleared out, the unit works well for a while. The water dispenser works well and the filter has been recently replaced. We also have ice build up over time under the full width slide out drawer at the bottom of the fridge, but I'm not sure if that's related.
