John Ryan for Model Number RF4287HARS/XAA-01 Hello Pros, I have a Samsung RF4287HARS/XAA Rev01 that I have replaced the ice maker twice because of freezing problems. It will work for a week or two and then have to be thawed and removed then reinstalled, rinse and repeat, rinse and repeat. What is happening is the concaved fill hole on the ice maker is filling up with water and freezing over not allowing water to go into the ice maker. So when that happens the ice maker gets stuck and has to be thawed to be able to remove it. Any ideas what to do next?
