Brandi, if the ice maker was installed while the appliance power cord was plugged into the wall outlet, it is possible that the main control could have been damaged. If unplugging the power cord for 5 minutes and then plugging it back in does not correct the issue, the main control would need to be replaced (based on water flow from the water dispenser being good before the repair). For the most accurate part identification, the REV number from the model tag would be necessary.
