Timothy for Model Number WF42H5200AW/A2-0000 washer was working erratic, replaced PCB DC92 01621D worked some what better for 2 weeks. now its back at it. last night when it stopped 3 times in different cycles then when it got to the end of the final spin it would go back to 10 minutes and re-rinse and spin again, over and over. I went into diagnostic mode this morning it gave me my 1st error code. 7E 21 (the E is missing the top line?)
Answer Hello Timothy, that code is not listed for your model, however, based on the symptom, the washer thinks there is still water left in the tub that it cannot drain out completely and is going into a SUDS DETECT mode, trying to knock down the suds. Suggest you access the airline hose that goes down from the water level switch to the tub and check for any debris/sediment/deposits clogging the tube. Read More...
