Craig for Model Number DV5471AEW/XAA My dryer, is not generating any heat all, and wont shut off, even after pressing the power and pause buttons. The only way I can shut if off is by opening the door or unplugging it. It done this once about year ago, and I unplugged it and then it worked correctly afterward. Now after unplugging it and the plugging back in, it starts again without pushing any buttons. My first thought is, a control board. Is this correct?
