Amanda W for Model Number WF330ANW/XAA The drum will not drain, so I drain it from the drain hose on front and then the drum will spin and message board for the timer jumps back and forth on the time. Cleaned all lines and pump but the impeller was stiff. I was just wondering if the drain pump assembly was trying to go bad.
Answer Amanda, To make sure that the drain pump is the issue, you can test to make sure that the drain is getting power when the unit is calling for the drain.
