Maryb for Model Number WF218ANW/XAA-0000 Our washer wont drain. (nd code) Cleaned out the front access and this did not solve the problem. Called repair guy. Repair guy attempted to replace pump, but found it was not the pump. The pump was only pulling 12 volts. He checked the board and all functions he tested on the board worked...Would this problem still indicate a board problem...he said that a few years back he encountered a similar problem and it turned out be the door latch....is that a possibility? Any other advice?
