Paul for Model Number WF365BTBGWR/A2-0001 Hi there, I have a Samsung front load from approx 2012 that is perfectly level both directions yet it vibrates, squeeks and knocks badly on spin cycle. It is on the main level of house and shakes the glasses in cupboard /windows downstairs. I have taken machine apart similar to what your video shows but I have not yet removed the drum/tub assb. The shocks appear to be intact and if I press down on the drum assb the shocks seem to return normally to their position (although the rear ones show signs of small rubber nearby possibly from the bushings wearing). Can the steel drums get warped as it doesn't always seem to turn in a perfect circle? I popped an inspection camera in the back through a vent hole to inspect spider and it appears to be in one piece. Also when I spin drum by hand there is noises coming from possibly the anti vibration mechanism. Almost sound like ball bearings hitting on steel. Any more ideas on what I can try?
Answer Paul, Yes it is possible for the unit to have the drum get out of round but it almost sounds as though the bearings on the unit could be going bad. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, April 5, 2017
