Nick for Model Number WF337AAG/XAA So as expected the spider arm was broke, I replaced it with no issues. The bearings seemed fine but I did replace the seal. Everything else seemed tight and fine. I put the unit back together and still have a balance problem at the higher speed. The front of the tub seems to be spinning at slow speed in a good circle, the rear not as well. Also I hear a noise when I hand spin the drum, like something is loose and moving, seems like in the area of the front ring. The tub was all clean, can there be something in the balance rings that has come loose or somewhere else? I guess the question is how can you tell if the balance rings are bad or not? Take my loss and quit or keep throwing money in it?
Answer Nick, There are bearings in the front balance ring and should be a solution in there as well. If there is a solution then this would not be the issue. It is possible that the rear bearings are loose causing the unbalance issue. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, July 23, 2018
