Robert for Model Number Samsung WF330ANW/XAA I have smoke coming out of the drum on several ocassions. The drum is extreamly out of balance making tremendous noise, and has been getting worse over time. Based on research, I assumed it was the spider arm. I disassembled the entire machine and the spider arm and bearings are fine and intact. The balance ring has fluid and beads ratteling around. Fluid seems very thick and does not move freely. All 4 shocks feel consitant when I push them up and down. They seam fine. Springs are firm and look like new. I can't overstate the shaking I am experiencing when this machine in is spin cycle, not to mention the ocassional smoke. If it is not the parts I am looking at, what else could it be.
