Mike for Model Number WF330ANB XAA 02

I have my machine apart and after having what appeared to be a balance issue. My wife said she heard a loud bang at the end of a wash. When i tried it with nothing in it , it made a noise at 5 min stopped and went to 1 min instantly. The spider is in tact but dirty and full of crude, the rear bearing is fine the inner bearing has some roughness. The balance ring when shaken you can hear some rattling. Please let me know your thoughts on which parts HAVE to be replaced!

Answer

Mike, You will want to check to make sure that the shocks are good, check the springs to make sure that they are in place properly. Check to make sure that there is solution still in the balance ring and there will be a bearing in there as well.
