Leonard for Model Number WF45R6100AW/US

Hope you can help. I have a Samsung WF45R6100AW/US front load washer. From day one it has always had a off balance problem. If I put more than two pairs of blue jeans in the washer it goes out of balance. (does not do it with say a small load of towels or whites) A loud banging can be heard coming from the washer and it bounces around. It will eventually will find balance and spin but after several attempts to find balance. It has damaged my outer door seal as a result. Any help would be appreciated. P.S. videos are of GREAT help thanks

Answer

Leonard, it would be recommended that the spin basket DC97-21456A is wiggled around. If the basket does wiggle around inside of the outer tub, there is an issue with the spider shaft as there should not be any play. This could be something such as a loose bolt, or a crack in the shaft if there is play. If the basket does not wiggle inside of the outer tub, the next step would be to rotate the basket by hand slowly and listen for the counterbalance bearings to shift in the rings. Inspecting the shock absorbers DC66-00470D would be recommended next to ensure they are installed properly.
