Robert for Model Number WF337AAW/XAA The scenario: This washer does not send a consistent 120 volt signal to the discharge pump. It seems that the relay for the pump can be heard switching but VOM indicates no 120 volts at the pump leads. When this happens, the cycle seems to paused while attempting multiple times to energize the pump. After about 10-12 minutes, if the discharge pump remains off, a "nD" code is set. However, when this occurs, the cycle seems to continue when the "Start/Pause" button is pressed. Two Questions: What is the procedure for "Quick Test Mode" for this model? Is there some other component in series with the discharge pump which may be defective and prevent the proper pump voltage from being applied?
Answer Robert, There should be a tech sheet inside the unit to that will show how to put the unit into a service diagnostic mode but if there is no power getting to the pump then the control board will be the cause for this issue.
