Stephanie for Model Number samsung RS2530BSH The inside part where door closed from refrigerator to side door of freezer is hot to touch as well as the left outside of freezer. I have looked and it has stated that i may need to replace the fan motor. Do you think this is right? Thank you
Answer Stephanie, You will want to pull the unit out and check the condenser coils to make sure that they are clean and check the condenser fan motor to make sure that it is running. If it is not running then test it for 12vdc to it and if there is proper voltage then the fan is bad and will need to be replaced. Read More...
