Jeh for Model Number RF26XAERS/XAA The water tank for water dispenser for our Samsung frig/freezer froze. I turned up the temps a little for the frig and freezer but I still get ice on the back wall of refrigerator right behind the water tank. I noticed that the water tank heater was not warm to the touch at all so I purchased a new water tank heater from you. The new heater also does not get warm to the touch...should it be? If so, what else could be the problem. If not, why not if it is a "heater"?
