Answer Jim, the fill tube heater would need to be tested from the main control for resistance. At connection CN79, the pink (pin 5) and yellow (pin 8) wires would be used to test the heater for 102O of resistance. If there is not a resistance reading, then the fill tube heater would need to be tested directly to identify if it is a heater issue or if it is a wiring issue within the cabin.
