Jason for Model Number RS2534WW I ordered the dispenser board as suggested about the lights that were not working. I did not notice before ordering that this new board has some different option my other did not. Although they both appear to be the same part numbers? I decided to try it anyway and when I did I'm still not getting the ice type indicator to light, power cool, or power freeze. So it is doing the exact same thing as my old board was. Any other suggestions. Everything functions fine, It is just confusing sometimes because we've accidentally turned the ice off and not realized because the ice light type cube/crush/off doesn't light up. Also since the part must not be the problem, can I return the new board I purchased. Thank you
Answer Jason, You will want to check the wiring at the door connection at the top/bottom of the door and make sure that there is a good firm connection. If the connections check ok and no wires are damaged then the main control would most likely be the cause for the lights not coming on.
