Ryan for Model Number RF267ABBP/XAA We removed the meat drawer to break up the ice that forms underneath and clear it away. Would love it if you have a solution for that recurring problem but repairmen haven't. But, writing about something that looks like a wheel, missing on the front left side where the meat drawer initially hooks into place and then slides all the way back, leaving the drawer slightly lopsided once it's in. Also the weight of the left side must be pulling the right side down a little bit as well. Idk if we need more that a wheel, but can see that at least that much will be necessary. Thank you!
Answer Ryan, the roller wheel for the rail of the meat drawer is going to be part number DA97-05931A. In regards to the ice build up, this is an indicator that the defrost drain tube DA97-04049D has clogged where it exits into the drip pan located in the compressor section.
