Ryan September 03, 2019 for Model Number RF267ABBP/XAA We removed the meat drawer to break up the ice that forms underneath and clear it away. Would love it if you have a solution for that recurring problem but repairmen haven't. But, writing about something that looks like a wheel, missing on the front left side where the meat drawer initially hooks into place and then slides all the way back, leaving the drawer slightly lopsided once it's in. Also the weight of the left side must be pulling the right side down a little bit as well. Idk if we need more that a wheel, but can see that at least that much will be necessary. Thank you!
1 Answer Ryan, the roller wheel for the rail of the meat drawer is going to be part number DA97-05931A. In regards to the ice build up, this is an indicator that the defrost drain tube DA97-04049D has clogged where it exits into the drip pan located in the compressor section. Db April 13, 2018 for Model Number Samsung refrigerator RF268ABBP The auto pull out drawer in the freezer will not "auto pull out". Whatever part is it that causes it to auto pull out is broken/missing. What part do I need to order to replace/repair it?

Larry December 26, 2017 for Model Number RFG297AARS/XAA I have ice forming on the inside of the freezer on the left side, so I think I need a freezer door gasket and a door for the crisper (the plastic hinge pin on the left side is broken, so it won't flip up when you go to pull it out). I can't find the gasket or the door on the drawing.

You may also want to check and make sure the refrigerator is level and on solid flooring, then check the drawer rails and baskets for proper alignment and articles hanging over the back or sides of the baskets.
