Don for Model Number RF4287HARS/XAA S/N : 102043CZCO 1342 Samsung Refrigerator RF4287HARS/XAA S/N : 102043CZCO 1342 is not freezing or cooling at all. The compressor seems to be working. On the front display i set it on any temp (-8 ) and when it reverts back to where it’s supposed to show the correct temp of freezer, it says the freezer temp is -25. Which is definitely not right. The fridge temp seems to be working right on the display. Im finding it hard to find the correct parts to replace... temperature sensors, main board? Also one time when I did a manual self diagnostic test a 23 showed up which is supposed to be a condenser fan?
Answer Don, If both the refrigerator and freezer are not cooling and the compressor is running then check the frost pattern on the coils and see if there is a good even frost pattern.
