Pete De for Model Number FTQ3531WUX When I turn on either of the 2 front (large) burners the control knob will not regulate the heat. Both burners stay on high regardless of the position of the control knob. These is true if the burn is turned to the large element or the smaller inner element. I find it strange that this is true for both front burners at the same time. Because of this effects both burners I'm thinking that the problem is something besides the control knobs malfunctioning?
Answer Pete, With the burners not being regulated, this issue would be caused by a shorted limiter on the elements. The limiter cannot be replaced separately and will need to replace the elements. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, November 2, 2015
