Answer

Lily, you will want to check to ensure that the wiring is securely connected to the control and fan motor. You will also want to check to ensure the control lockout feature is not engaged (a little padlock image will show just under the time if it is). From there, you will want to check for voltage at the fan motor. The fan motor should receive 120VAC. If the motor is getting 120 VAC, then the motor DG31-00014C is bad, unfortunately this motor has been discontinued and is no longer available. If the motor is not getting voltage, then you will want to test for voltage output at the control connection. If the control is not sending 120VAC, then the control DE92-02588C is bad. If the control does send 120VAC, but the motor is not receiving it, then there is a wiring issue.
